The swimming pool

• Salt-water pool, thus using minimal chlorine
• Equipped with an electric roller shutter
• Heated from March until September
• Terrace (40 m²)
• Terrace canopy with adjustable slats and curtains to create shade even during the hottest part of the day.
• Terrace heating available
• The swimming pool is secured with a roller shutter, but children always remain under your full responsibility. If you leave the pool open to other tenants or their children, notify them clearly.
• The person who opens the shutter is responsible for all persons in the pool and has to close the pool when no one is left in the pool. If people continue to swim, they take over responsibility. The pool has to remain closed between 10pm and 6am. If not, heating costs will be charged to the tenant.
• A technician will come by several times a week for maintenance in complete discretion. This person is also your point of contact for technical problems in and around the house.

Manual roller shutter swimming pool

• The roller shutter is a child-proof system that complies with all standards.
• It also helps to maintain the water temperature of the pool.
• The key must be pressed all the time while opening or closing the roller shutter (O = open / F = close).
• Make sure there are no small objects in the pool that could block the roller shutter.
• Like all manufacturers of automatic roller shutters, we stress that the best safety is always vigilance: never let children near the pool without adult supervision.
• Under no circumstances can we be held liable in the event of an accident.
