The country house "Les Grenadiers de Saint Sat en Luberon" is situated in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, just a 3-minute walk from the centre of the village Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, where you can find shops and restaurants. It is 100 metres from the windmill and 300 metres from the ruins of the medieval castle (both classified as historical monuments). From that point, you can enjoy the magnificent view on the Luberon Valley.
The country house “Les Grenadiers de Saint Sat en Luberon" consists of 2 holiday cottages and a charming holiday villa, located in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, in the heart of the Luberon. These holiday homes are newly built in a Provençal style, combining traditional architecture with modern comfort, including underfloor heating and cooling powered by geothermal energy generated from a depth of 150 metres.
We also love making connections and listen to the ideas and insights of our guests. In this way we constantly try to innovate to better meet the expectations, which contributes to peace, calm and fun for everyone. Inna and Johan, who cherish their magnificent villa – kept pleasantly cool in summer with underfloor cooling and equipped with mosquito screens everywhere – are thrilled to welcome you for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
Nestled in a wooded park with a secure parking area and complete privacy, the property boasts a breathtaking view over the Luberon Valley and the small Mont Perréal. The centre of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, where you will find a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, butchers, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies and a public swimming pool, can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes.

Accommodates 16 to 22 people, with 3 terraces — one of which can easily host 16 to 22 guests — and a dining room in La Rose des Vents that can also accommodate 16 to 22 people.
Holiday home ‘La Calade’
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, a living room and kitchen for 4 to 6 people, a private terrace with a stunning view at the level of the parking area and the petanque court.
Holiday home ‘La Restanque’
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, a living room and kitchen for 4 to 6 people, a private terrace with a stunning view at the level of the heated pool.
Villa ‘La Rose des Vents’
4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, large living room and kitchen suitable for up to 20 guests, a large private terrace accommodating 20 people, a separate toilet and a washing machine.
- Heated pool available from 15 March to 15 October, with refreshing shower and a spacious terrace with adjustable canopy to create the required shadow
- A petanque court
- A barbecue and electric griddle on each terrace
- A large private parking on the fenced estate, with automatic gate
- Each house is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating/cooling, without the inconvenience and pollution of noisy air conditioning.
- All tilt-and-turn windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters to keep out the summer heat during the day.
- Only the holiday home 'La Calade' is suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a sofa/bed on the ground floor.
